  1. Wow, this day has been pretty big throughout the years! 1994 is probably the most iconic for many reasons. I loved enter the dragon, had no idea he put himself through all of that though, god love him! Great post again, I always look forward to reading these 🙂

  2. I have recently watched the movie about Nelson Mandela and remembered it while reading your post. This must be a very important day for South Africa if he was elected on this day.

  3. I don’t really remember any of those events happening. I mean, if I was asked when any of them happened, I couldn’t answer. I tried to recall where I was on that day in those particular years, but I could only remember that in 1986 I was living in London. I couldn’t even recall what the weather was like in May of that year. Funny how little we do remember or is it just me? lol Anyway, interesting post! 🙂

  4. Wow this is a really interesting way of thinking. I knew most of these events happened but never thought about their proximity to other events or even if they were on the same days. Well done.

  5. I remember the day Nelson Mandela became president because I had to write a paper the next day on the importants of this event and what effects it will have.

  6. I saw a biopic of Bruce Lee when I was younger. It was so sad that he was taken away too soon. His son was also so talented and gorgeous. It was really a shame we lost him too.
